United Search Solutions ("United Search," "we," "us") helps companies hire accounting and finance talent. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and our recruiting work, how we use it, and the choices you have.

We collect information you choose to give us, including your name, email address, phone number, company, the details of a role you want to fill, and any resume, work history, or other materials you send when you contact us or book a call.
When you visit the site, we and our service providers may automatically collect basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring links. This helps us understand how the site is used and keep it working.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry and communicate with you.
- To carry out search and recruiting work, including evaluating candidates and presenting them to clients.

How we share information
As part of a search, we share relevant candidate information with the hiring client, and relevant role information with candidates, in line with the conversation we have with you. We do not sell your personal information.
We use trusted service providers to run our work, such as scheduling (TidyCal) and website hosting (Netlify). These providers process information only to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights.
Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain candidate and client relationships, and meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete information we hold about you.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you. To make a request, email hussam@united-search.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site is intended for business use and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above.
